Selene is an accomplished fly tier dedicated to practicing traditional methods of fly tying, as well as originating new patterns to closely replicate the naturals found on her home waters of Maine. You can stop by her shop in downtown Gardiner to shop for fishing supplies and see the process she uses as well as sign up for classes to learn more.

Alan starts with taking lots of pictures, then sketches a drawing on paper, and finally redraws everything on the computer while keeping uneven shapes and providing a natural organic, silkscreened look.
