ARTWALK GARDINER returns to Historic Downtown Gardiner on Friday, August 14th from 5 - 8pm, inviting residents and visitors to celebrate an evening of local art, small businesses, and community. As Water Street comes alive with creativity, dozens of Maine artists will display their work inside downtown shops and galleries. Come discover original art while supporting the businesses that make Gardiner’s downtown thrive.

ARTWALK GARDINER was established in 2005 by ARTDOGS Studios in collaboration with a handful of artists from the Gardiner area. Their mission is to encourage community appreciation of the arts, connect local artists to the general public, create sustainable networks that support local artists, increase awareness of local arts organizations, and foster the creative economy through regular exhibitions and events in historic downtown Gardiner. Since its inception, ARTWALK GARDINER has drawn thousands of visitors to Water Street to enjoy these delightful evenings.

How to Join ARTWALK GARDINER
Artist and host applications for our Artwalk on August 14th have closed. Applications for our December Artwalk on December 4th will open October 1 to October 31. The application can be found on our website during this period.
New Artwalk Coordinator
ARTWALK GARDINER welcomes Tanya Russell as Artwalk Coordinator. Tanya has participated in ARTWALK GARDINER as an artist since 2011 and is excited to take on this new position.

The Artwalk Coordinator works with local artists, businesses, organizations, and the Advisory Committee to produce the ARTWALK events in downtown Gardiner, Maine.
